Using $5 off coupons...

I used one Rite Aid $5/25 coupon and one Publix $5/50 coupon(asked permission to use OB coupon). My order total was over the $75 that I was required to have to use both coupons. You will want to hand those coupons to the cashier before any other coupons. I added a link to $5 off coupons on the right sidebar. You can use one competitor and one Publix coupon at the Fairhope location.


*Charcoal deal items

Today's trip really surprised me. There just was not a whole lot of B1G1 or sales items that I REALLY wanted...but there was 1 thing that stuck out to me...Kingsford Matchlight. I have been holding 5-$4 coupons for Kingsford(exp8/31) for a couple weeks now. I was thinking Labor Day would be the next big sale on charcoal. But there are no guarantees and I decided not to try my luck. I purchased the charcoal today at the sale price of $7.99.

This is the information that you need to successfully do a charcoal deal yourself.
You must purchase the following three items each time you want to do this deal:
1. Kingsford Charcoal or MatchLight (13.5 lb bag or larger)
I purchased $4 off Kingsford coupons a while back off of Ebay. However, even without those coupons you can get a good deal. The bags at the Fairhope location have $1 peelie coupon on them.
2. One of the qualifying items(on the coupon)...Today I purchased KFC BBQ sauce and GLAD straws. Glad straws are the cheapest item at 0.59.
3. $6 in pork. Today I purchased $30+ in pork because I worked this deal 5 times.

Using Walgreen's Register Rewards to Pay:
REMEMBER you can use Walgreen's Register Rewards to pay. Posted a pic below. You can only use 1 RR per Retailer. Today, I had three Register Rewards from three different Retailers that I was allowed to use.
