For smocked children's clothing these prices are GREAT--Starting at $35 for a new smocked dress that you would pay $57 plus elsewhere.
Having two girls and living in the South, I am a big fan of smocked dresses. I have found that I have gotten much more use out of them by letting the hem up and down depending on height. Collar is usually no problem. They are such classic staples. I actually save most of the girls' smocked dresses because they are so timeless--maybe their girls will wear them one day!
