CVS is offering a FREE 4x6 photo of your child in their Halloween Costume on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009. If you bring in your child/children on that day in costume they will take their picture and you get a free 4x6. If you choose you may also order others, but is not a requirement for the free picture.
