The key to the game is buying the sale items. The BEST deals are the B1G1s. My list is mostly B1G1/sale items. I buy fruits/veggies that are on sale that week. These sale items are already GREAT deals--Add coupons and they are AWESOME buys!

Why do I refer you on to I HEART PUBLIX? In my opinion, she is the best at matching sale items to coupons. That is 80% of the work when it comes to couponing. I do not believe in reinventing the wheel. You follow me? Just remember she will list every possible coupon combination. Our local stores do not take FLIPS (Food Lion coupons) so do not print those. In addition, our local Publix stores do not double coupons. One manufacturer coupon AND one store(or competitor) coupon per item.

Hey Shannon, Just wanted to let you know that uncle ben's rice is on sale this week for 3/4 and there is a $1 off in the parade from 10/14.
So I think that will make them .33cents.
