1. Our local Publix will not accept Save A Lot coupons.
2. Stick to the one $/$$ one person per DAY rule. Those who are making multiple trips in the store--management is noticing. Do not ruin a good thing. We are lucky that they will accept $/$$ coupons, but abuse of this and other privileges will cause them to terminate usage. Also, if a coupon says only good for a particular item...I would not push my luck and ask for them to approve it for other items. For example, using a coupon that specifies stick butter but asking to use it on tub butter. If the coupon says stick butter, it's for stick butter.
3. If a manufacturer coupon say $1/2, you must buy 2 of that item to get to use that coupon!

I went yesterday to finish out the ad from last week. Since it was the end of the ad, they were understandably out of some items (I figured as much since I was so late getting there). A lady in front of me was trying to give coupons for buy 2 and xx off and only buying one item. The cashier was polite to her, but the lady was quite rude. She also fussed at the girl for the store being out of some items. A man at the next register was complaining to his cashier as well about being out of things (and complaining rudely).
I felt bad for the ladies. I actually had included two coupons for the same item (I thought one was a store coupon and one a manufacturer coupon). The cashier let me know that I could not do that and I apologized and was embarrassed at my mistake. She laughed and said that she understood, just as long as I didn't holler at her, she would be fine.
I can't believe people are being so tough on the employees there. I hope this is not the norm. :0(
Hey Shannon--Where do you get the JNJ coupons that you are using each week???
Dana-JNJ coupons come from online--ebay/dede. I purchased many at one time and am breaking them up to prevent clearing a shelf.
Brandi-Always look for Publix booklets in the store. Also register at publix.com under Clubs and Programs. They mail out some great coupons.
Where did you get the Winn Dixie $10/$$50???
My sister shops WD and sends them to me. They print out with her receipt sometimes.
