A suggestion for readers looking to rid themselves of the stockpiled shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, razors, blood glucose meters, etc...Penelope House shelter in Mobile is always in need of these items (as well as diapers, formula, etc).
Donations are accepted at the store, Penelope's Closet, off of Old Shell Road near Old Dutch Ice Cream. They are open Tuesday- Saturday. Put your donations in a bag and attach a note--Attn: Melanie FOR SHELTER.
