It's almost turkey time! I have been in charge of cooking the turkey in our family for the last couple of years. Each year, I watch this same Alton Brown video as a refresher. I brine my turkey overnight and follow Alton's turkey tips. The turkey turns out extra juicy and full of taste. Love the science behind brining!
