My personal favorite--drop off your used ink cartridges at the store and get $3 back as Staples Rewards. You can drop off up to 10 cartridges a month! That's $30! Pretty nice.

I've participated in this program for a while now. In fact, I just got a $28 check in the mail yesterday! Woo-Hoo!
OfficePerks at Office Max has a similar program, with the exception that the reward is in the form of a gift card to the store.
