Completing the CVS Flu Quiz on the CVS website will give you access to a $5/$25 printable coupon. You can only print this coupon once. In addition, each coupon has a specific bar code and it can only be redeemed one time.
Here is where it gets good! But here are 3 different links where you can complete the quiz(3 times) and print off 3 different $5/$25 coupons. They will all have different bar codes!
