What's Cooking Fairhope Foodie?

Check out this recipe that the Fairhope Foodie whipped up this week--Coconut Snowball Crisps. Looks good to me! Plus, I have a box of Rice Krispies that I need to use.

Ingredients:

3 large egg whites

1 pinch salt

1 cup confectioners' sugar

2 cups sweetened shredded coconut

2 cups Rice Krispies cereal

1/4 cup cornstarch
