This should not surprise anyone on The Bargain Buggy site--Publix was announced as one of Business Week's Customer Service Champs for 2010. They have been on the list since 2007(the actual start of the CSC list). Most of us here are Publix shoppers and have experienced first hand their outstanding customer service.
