Buying Coupons!

The BB purchased some coupons this a.m.--B1G1 Purex coupons from Dede. I plan to use them at Walgreen's this week to score FREE detergent because it is B1G1 this week too!!! I paid .40 for each coupon, maximum order was 10. So hopefully, I can get my hands on 20 bottles. If it all works out, I will not need detergent for awhile. You can find a link to Dede's site in the right side bar.

FYI: B1G1 signs are in the stores on the regular Purex liquid detergent.

On my last visit to Orange Beach Publix they said that they had a new policy, that you could only use 4 of the same coupons on any one item.
They said that they didn't want people coming and wiping out their stock, but then they said I could still buy as many of the item I wanted, just couldn't use but 4 of the same coupons. I could still stack coupons though.
Just wondered if you had heard this as well.

Is the BOGO purex not in the sales ad this week? All I see in their ad for the week is purex 3-in-1 2/$9...

Ok...I'm still new to this. If an item is B1G1 and you use a B1G1 coupon it makes it free? I guess I understand why, it just seems like you'd have to buy at least one to make it work. And how many times can you do this in one shopping trip?

I think I should warn about the Purex 3 in 1 sheets. I started using them several months ago and LOVED them. I started having problems with my front load washing machine. The repair man came out and took my washing machine apart and pulled out 3 sheets stuck in my drain hose. He said I was his 3rd call that day with problems due to the Purex 3 in 1 sheets. I hope I can save someone from spending the money and frustration I went through due to this product!

Great deal! I already had these coupons and worked this deal today. The B1G1 price is 5.99. One rings up at price, one rings up at 0.00. After B1G1 Q you pay .54 in tax per deal (in Mobile). The deal is for the 32 load bottles, but one of the two stores I worked this at had the bonus sized bottles (40% for free - 46 loads) on the deal is well.

Good luck on a great deal!

I hit the deal this morning, but by this afternoon the stores in Mobile didn't and would not honor the coupon. Good Luck.

I worked the deal this afternoon in Mobile. All depends on your location. Walgreen's gets $5.99 whether you as a consumer pay it or the manufacturer pays it bc of the coupon. Really they are not losing anything by couponers using the b1g1 coupons....if anything they gain.
