October declared Rett Syndrome Month in Alabama

Today the Alabama governor declared that October will now be Rett Syndrome Month. My friend's daughter, Avery, was diagnosed with Rett Syndrome when she was just 15 months old. Carrie has now made it her mission to educate and raise awareness about this heart wrenching diagnosis. If you have a second please watch the video of Carrie and her precious Avery.
