Beef

Ground Beef $1.99/lb Winn Dixie (guessing that this is chuck but will confirm)

Beef 101:
Prime-Best of the best. High degree of marbling. Tender and flavorful. Usually sold in speciality markets.
Choice-Very good quality. Marbling. This is what you will find in your grocery stores.
Select- A lot less marbling. Can be tough and dry if not prepare right. Most commonly available in U.S.
Standard/Commerical- ungraded or store brand.



Pork
